New installation and management capabilities combine hardened administration, outbound-only NOC connectivity, and Intel OpenVINO integration to advance enterprise cybersecurity operations.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — [October 23, 2026] — GuardTower is introducing GTnexus, an installation and management application that advances its on-premises cybersecurity platform from a standalone security appliance into an enterprise-ready, edge-orchestrated platform. GTnexus brings deployment, administrative control, operational visibility, and local AI capabilities into a more manageable architecture for distributed infrastructure.

Organizations expanding Private 5G, edge AI, and connected infrastructure need cybersecurity that can scale with their operations. GTnexus addresses that requirement through stronger management controls, more accurate system reporting, and an agent-based connection to network operations center (NOC) infrastructure.

Stronger Control. Fewer Deployment Barriers.

GTnexus strengthens high-risk administrative workflows, including node reboots and system modifications, through server-verified, full-page authorization flows with session invalidation.

These controls replace dismissible interface prompts with authorization enforced by the server.

A lightweight agent supports outbound-only communication with the NOC, removing the need to open additional inbound firewall ports or establish site-specific VPNs for that management connection. This architecture simplifies deployment while limiting the additional network exposure associated with remote management.

Authentic Deception. Accurate Operational Intelligence.

GuardTower’s AI Container now extracts and displays authentic physical network host-interface MAC addresses and derives status indicators directly from real-time container execution states.

These enhancements give administrators clearer information about what is actually running while helping deception traps present more authentic network identities to attackers. Accurate operational reporting strengthens management confidence; authentic deception strengthens the platform’s ability to expose hostile activity. 

AI Visibility and Control at the Processor Level

GTnexus leverages GuardTower’s integration of Intel’s OpenVINO toolkit, which performs local AI behavioral inference, TTP classification, and analytics directly on supported Intel CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs.  Executing these workloads at the edge reduces cloud reliance while maintaining data locality, bandwidth efficiency, and operational continuity.
